California Young World is conducting a proactive, confidential search for its next Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader committed to early care and education. Applications will be accepted beginning July 1, 2025. Screening and interviews will be ongoing. The successful candidate can expect a start date on or after January 1, 2026.

Infant
Responsive child - caregiver bonding, exploration,

6 weeks - 24 months
Toddler
Physical, social - emotional, cognitive and language development.
2 yrs. - 3 yrs.
Preschool
Fine motor, listening, basic needs, social skills, conflict resolution and free unstructured play.

Homework support, team building, physical activity, structure, independence and responsibility.
